Sharing your files with colleagues and clients has never been easier. In just a few clicks you can securely share a document, video, audio, image or scanned document.
Security is a top priority for us at BigMIND, which is why we’ve implemented a number of measures to ensure your files are shared safely.
Firstly, if you wanted to share a file to a colleague already using BigMIND, you just have to enter his or her name. But, if you needed to share a file with someone outside of your organization, you can share a protected link that changes automatically each time it’s generated. You can also set an expiry date, password-protect the file and get a notification if a file is downloaded.
