Where is my progress saved?
On your phone, and a copy on our server. To keep it if you change phones, tap “Save your progress” and sign in with Google or Apple; on the new phone, sign in with the same account.

I bought gems but they did not arrive.
Reopen the game while connected to the internet: it checks the purchase with the store again and adds the gems. If they are still missing after an hour, e-mail us the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt.

How do I get a refund?

How do I turn off sound or vibration?
Tap the pause button during a level, or open Settings, and switch Sound or Vibration off. The game remembers your choice.

A level is too hard.
Steer through the x2, x3 and +3 gates, shoot the bombs while they are below the picture (they fly back up and explode), and buy fire rate, power and fever upgrades on the level card. Try another cannon, or bring a booster. Lost a level twice? The next try starts with one more heart. Win a few levels in a row and the next one starts with free boosters. You can also replay earlier levels for coins.

How do I delete my account?
