Is annual really 17% cheaper?+
Yes. Pay yearly, save 17% off the monthly rate. Same features.
What counts as a "user"?+
A unique person with login access to your BigMind organization. Devices the same person uses all count as one user. Servers are counted separately and per tier.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes. Upgrade anytime — instant. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. We don't charge migration fees.
What happens if I exceed my storage pool?+
We email you at 80% and 95%. You can upgrade tier or pay tiered overage rates. We don't stop backups silently — that's a recovery-day disaster waiting to happen.
Do I need a separate DR-Only license per server?+
Licensing is per-user. A user with multiple devices (workstation + servers) is one user. Server seats are counted separately: Pro includes 2 server seats account-wide, and extra servers are $5/server/mo.
How does Cloud Desktop billing work?+
