Each plan has a wholesale floor and a retail ceiling — a band. You choose any sell price in the band; the customer pays BigMind that price, and we pay you the difference above the floor as recurring commission, every billing cycle. BigMind always nets at least the floor, so our billing and retail pricing never change — and you get up to ~40% margin per seat with zero infrastructure.

How is this different from the white-label Partner program?
The reseller program is the lighter middle rung. You sell the real BigMind brand and keep a margin — but you never build a brand, run a storefront, or bill customers. BigMind stays the merchant of record and handles billing and support. If you want your own brand, prices and billing, that's the White-Label Partner program.
How does the margin work?
Each plan has a wholesale floor and a retail ceiling — a band. You choose your sell price inside the band; the customer pays BigMind that price, and we pay you the spread above the floor as recurring commission every billing cycle. It works out to up to ~40% per seat. BigMind always nets at least the floor, so nothing about our billing or retail pricing changes.
What does "Founding Reseller" get me?
The first 100 resellers to join earn commission for the LIFETIME of every client — for as long as they stay subscribed. Seats are assigned in signup order. Everyone after seat 100 earns for 18 months of recurring (50% longer than the typical 12-month referral). Land a client once, earn for years.
Do I have to handle billing, support or my own brand?
No. That's the whole point of the reseller program — we bill and support under the BigMind brand, you keep the margin and the relationship. It's your deal; we're invisible operational plumbing.
Will you go direct to my customers?
No. Customer-ownership is guaranteed: you're the recorded channel and support contact, and we don't cross-market competing offers to your clients.
Which products earn commission?
