Two kinds of plan
Per user, or a package.
A client is always one plan plus a number of users. Both kinds use your tier’s prices, and you set what the client pays.
Per-user plans
Sell DR-Only ($5 list), Standard ($10) or Pro ($24), or build your own plan on one of them. Each user adds 200 GB, 500 GB or 1 TB to the company pool, so price and storage grow as the client hires. Extras the whole company shares go in one account fee.
Packages
One monthly price for a set number of users, backing up files and servers. Build one from scratch, with users at $3 list (3 devices each), or start from BigMind Vault 10, 25, 50 or 100 TB ($109 to $979 list). You set the price of each extra user.

Which one fits?
Needs disaster recovery?
Per user. Only DR-Only, Standard and Pro bring back a whole machine.
Lots of data per person?
Per user. Above about 100 GB a person, the pooled storage is usually cheaper.
Many people, little data?
A package from scratch: users at $3 list instead of $10.
10 TB or more?
Start from BigMind Vault: about 15% instant storage, the rest cold.
Only a few people need DR? Sell the office a package and those people a per-user plan. The New customer page in the portal has a “Which plan fits?” helper that compares the options and shows what you earn.
Same 10-person office, two ways.
On Growth, ten Standard users cost you $68.00 a month and bring a 5 TB pool with disaster recovery. The same ten people in a package with 100 GB of hot storage and one server cost you $24.97. Sell it at $45.00 and you earn $20.03 a month. If they need DR, only the per-user plan has it.

The plan builder
The rules every plan follows.
Up to 50 plans
Build one per segment or deal. Private plans made for a single client don’t count.
Up to 4 on your storefront
Any mix of BigMind’s plans and yours, for clients who sign up themselves.
Your name and bullets
A name of up to 80 characters and up to 8 bullets of up to 100 characters each.
Never below BigMind’s price
Each price must cover what BigMind charges you, monthly and yearly. Yearly starts at 10 × monthly.
Extras by base plan
DR-Only: hot storage, servers, extra devices. Standard adds cold and Deep Freeze storage, MySQL and MSSQL. Pro adds eDiscovery.
One client needs more?
Use Adjust for this customer: the portal saves a private plan for them. Bigger starts now; smaller at renewal, if their data fits.
You and the client get an email at 80% and 100% of storage. At 100%, new backups pause until you adjust the plan; nothing already backed up is touched. The old Repackage and Custom Plans modes are gone, and plans you made under them carry on.
