Use your business email; free webmail is not accepted. Your portal is live at once, with a $200 welcome credit. No card, no approval wait.
Brand
Add your logo, colours and company name. We build your branded backup agent for Windows, macOS and Linux. Your own domain comes with Starter.
Price
Sell our plans under your own names, or build up to 50 of your own and show up to 4 on your storefront. You set every price.
Sell
Add a client: a plan and a number of users. We draw your credit at your tier’s price. You bill the client and support them.
How you pay
Credits, not invoices.
Credits
One credit is one US dollar. We draw from your balance as you add and renew clients, at your tier’s price.
Top up by card from $50 (up to $5,000 per checkout), or prepay a tier’s monthly credit for a bigger discount.
Credit is valid for 12 months and used oldest first. Keep a buffer: a client is suspended if your balance can’t cover it.
Which price applies
We charge you the first of these that fits:
- A price agreed with Genie9 for your account.
- Your distributor’s price list, if you joined through one.
- Your tier’s discount off list, never below BigMind’s floor on storage and Vault.
- Pay as you go: 15% off list.
