Cloud Services

Back up any cloud. Automatically.

Back up Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, and Amazon S3 content as part of your Resilience subscription — no separate cloud-backup product. Sync conflicts overwrite good data with bad; we back up your sync products so you can recover from that. 22 connectors. One platform. One bill.

Why back up cloud drives

Cloud drives retain ~30 days. That's not a backup strategy.

Cloud-drive retention defaults aren't designed for compliance — and an account compromise can silently delete data with no admin recovery. Real backup of your cloud content fixes all of it.

Retention beyond 30 days

Keep SaaS data far longer than the provider’s default — which is often just 30 days.

Recover from compromise

Account compromise can silently delete data with no admin recovery. With real backup, silent deletion is reversible.

Independence from any vendor

A vendor outage can lock you out of your own files. Your backup doesn’t depend on their uptime.

Compliance archives

Archives that survive a vendor’s data-policy changes — built for audits.

22 providers

Connect any cloud. We handle the rest.

Object storage, enterprise cloud, consumer cloud, regional providers, and protocol-based endpoints — virtually every destination an SMB or mid-market team uses.

How it works

Three steps. That's it.

1

Connect

Add credentials — OAuth for Google, Dropbox, and OneDrive; access keys for S3, Azure, and the rest.

2

Auto-backup

BigMind Resilience backs up cloud data daily — every new and changed file, captured automatically.

3

Browse & restore

Search, browse, and restore cloud files like local backups — full versioning and AI Lens search (Faces / Labels / OCR).

Zero disk

Cloud-to-cloud, not cloud-to-laptop-to-cloud.

Traditional tools download cloud data to your machine first — burning the bandwidth twice and tying up a laptop. BigMind Resilience transfers cloud-to-cloud directly. Your local disk is never touched.

  • No local disk usage — nothing lands on your machine.
  • No bandwidth waste — data moves provider-to-storage directly.
  • No laptop tied up running the migration.

Storage

Cloud-service backups land in your Resilience storage.

Cloud data flows into the same 3-tier architecture that handles your local backups. Pick the tier that fits the access pattern.

Hot

Instant access. For frequently accessed data.

Cold

3–5 hour retrieval. Save up to 60% on storage.

Deep Freeze

12–48 hour restore. Save up to 90% on archival data.

What this is — and isn't

We back up your SaaS content — not your identity directory.

Cloud Services backup covers cloud file and object stores — OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, Amazon S3, and the rest of the 22-provider list. It does not back up SaaS suites such as Microsoft 365 (Exchange / SharePoint / Teams) or Google Workspace, and it does not back up your identity directory (Entra ID / Azure AD / Google identity objects). For those, use the provider’s native protections — BigMind Resilience protects the file and object-storage surface.
