Where is my progress saved?
On your phone, and a copy on our server. To keep it if you change phones, tap “Save your progress” and sign in with Google or Apple; on the new phone, sign in with the same account.

I bought gems but they did not arrive.
Reopen the game while connected to the internet: it checks the purchase with the store again and adds the gems. If they are still missing after an hour, e-mail us the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store: Google Play (play.google.com, Order history) or Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).

How do I turn off sound or vibration?
Tap the pause button during a level, or open Settings, and switch Sound or Vibration off. The game remembers your choice.

How do I change my advert choices?
Open Settings and tap Ad privacy choices (shown where the law asks for it).

A level is too hard.
Steer through the blue gates and shoot the crates for more soldiers, then upgrade your firepower, fire rate and squad size in the shop. Lost a level twice? The next try starts with four extra soldiers. Win a few levels in a row and the next one starts with extra soldiers too. You can also replay earlier levels for coins.

What is the daily run?
One endless run a day, the same for everyone: same squad, same horde. It opens after level 5. Your best run of the day counts for today’s board and earns league points.

How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the game and choose Delete account. Everything on our server is erased and the game starts again as a new player. No longer have the game? See Delete your account.

Which phones does it run on?
Android phones from Android 7 and iPhones from iOS 16.4, in portrait.
