End User License Agreement (EULA) - Nygma.ai

By installing, accessing, or using the Nygma.ai software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Software"
Refers to the Nygma.ai application, including desktop, web, and mobile versions, and all associated services.
1.2 "Zero-Knowledge"
A security model where the service provider cannot access, read, or decrypt user data.
1.3 "Master Password"
The primary password used to encrypt and decrypt your data vault.
1.4 "Duress Mode"
A security feature that allows access to a decoy account when using an alternative password under duress.
1.5 "Time Bomb"
A security feature that automatically locks or deletes data after specified periods of inactivity.
1.6 "Vault"
Your encrypted data storage container within the Nygma.ai service.
2. License Grant
2.1 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or business purposes.
2.2 Restrictions
You may not:
- • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software
- • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- • Use the Software for illegal purposes
2.3 Updates and Modifications
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. This Agreement applies to all such updates unless accompanied by separate terms.
4. Data Security and Privacy
4.1 Zero-Knowledge Architecture
The Software uses zero-knowledge encryption, meaning we cannot access your encrypted data even if legally compelled to do so.
4.2 Master Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for remembering your master password. We cannot recover lost master passwords or access your encrypted data without it.
4.3 Data Backup
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data. The zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot recover your data if you lose access.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 "As Is" Basis
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2 No Warranty
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.3 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Software.
12. Governing Law
12.1 Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
12.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class action lawsuits.
12.3 Limitation Period
Any claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action arising.
