How many users does the Free plan include?+
Free includes 1 user and 1 device — everything you need to protect a single machine, with daily backups and 7-day retention. Need more seats or features? Basic is $39.99/year for 3 users; Plus and Pro scale further.
What is the Basic plan?+
Basic ($39.99/year, flat) is a bigger Free: 3 users, 12-hour backups, 30-day retention, 10 backup policies and email support. It runs the same recovery engine — app-consistent SQL/IIS writers, pre/post scripts and server devices are Plus features.
Annual only — no monthly?+
Annual only on DR. The math doesn't work for monthly at these prices. Resilience is per-user-per-month if you prefer that.
What if I need more users than my tier includes?+
Plus and Pro support extra seats at $12/user/year, billed alongside your subscription. Free (1 user) and Basic (3 users, fixed) don't add seats — step up to the next tier.
Can I switch between tiers?+
Yes. Upgrade anytime, instant. Downgrade at end of billing cycle.
Stripe checkout — what is accepted?+
Standard Stripe — credit/debit cards (Visa/MC/Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay. Wire transfer for Resilience Enterprise; not for DR.
