You can delete your Waddle Up: Penguin Merge account, and everything our server keeps about it, at any time. You do not need to sign in to use this page. Waddle Up: Penguin Merge is made by Genie9 LTD.
In the game (straight away)
- Open the game and tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your player account, cloud save, league history, daily scores, invite code, friends, waiting rewards and any Google or Apple sign-in link are erased from our server at once (the link with Apple is ended with Apple too). The game then starts again as a new player.
Without the game
If you have uninstalled the game or cannot open it, e-mail support@genie9.com with the subject “Delete my Waddle Up account”. To help us find your account, include your player code (on the game’s invite screen) or the Google or Apple account you signed in with. We delete the account within 30 days, usually within two working days, and reply to confirm.
If you want to keep playing but have part of your data removed (for example your league history, or the link to your Google or Apple account), write to the same address and tell us what to remove.
What is kept
Records of purchases are kept, with your player number removed, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (in the UK, six years), so that refunds and accounts can be handled. Uninstalling the game removes the copy of your progress on your phone. More in the Privacy Policy.
