Terms of Use

Anyone can play. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy anything, and they should read these terms with you.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from (Google Play or the App Store). The game, its code, art, sounds and names belong to Genie9 LTD. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or distribute the game, except where the law allows it.

The game makes a guest account for you, and you can link it to Google or Apple to keep your progress safe. Keep your device and linked account secure; anyone who can open them can play as you. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Coins, gems, boosters, looks and other items are part of the game. You get a licence to use them in the game; they have no value in real money, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change how game items work, for example to balance the game.

Gem packs and the starter pack are bought through Google Play or the App Store and are subject to that store’s terms, including its refund rules; refunds are requested from the store. Prices are shown in the store’s own payment screen before you pay. Gems and items you buy are added to your game as soon as the store confirms the purchase. If a purchase does not arrive, reopen the game while connected to the internet; if it is still missing, write to us with the store’s order number. Unless the law says otherwise, a purchase is final once its items have been added to your game. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove the items it gave.

Leagues, daily ranks and invite rewards are for fun and give rewards only inside the game. Do not cheat, hack, use bots, exploit bugs, or use the game in a way that breaks the law or harms others. We may remove scores, hide players from leagues, take back rewards gained unfairly, or close accounts that break these rules. We may change or stop the game, or parts of it, at any time.

We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors, or work on every device. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for items in the game in the 12 months before the claim.

If you got the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and Genie9 LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or for support. Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

We may update these terms; the new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
