More from Genie9
The card above Editions & store in the rail: Genie9's other products for your PC, your phone, your files and your business, and what opening one does.
More from Genie9 lists the other products made by the people who make GBM AI. Open it from its card in the rail, above Editions & store: the card shows the products' icons. When the rail is narrow, the card becomes a small grid icon.
What it shows#
| Product | What it is for |
|---|---|
| BigMind DR | Bringing a whole PC back after a dead disk or ransomware: Windows, programs and files. Free for one PC. GBM AI backs up files and folders; BigMind DR is the answer when you want the whole machine. |
| BigMind Home | Your phone's photos, videos and messages, then your computer, in one app. 5 GB free. |
| Nygma Cloud | Cloud storage where only you hold the key. 1 GB free, on the web and the desktop; its phone apps and secure chat come next in the same app. |
| BigMind Resilience | Backup, disaster recovery and ransomware protection for a whole company, with a 14-day free trial. |
What the buttons do#
- Every button opens a page on genie9.com, or the product's page in the App Store or Google Play, in your browser. Nothing is installed from GBM AI, and nothing is sent from this page.
- A product can be marked Coming soon, or its links can change, without an update to GBM AI. The list comes with the check for updates GBM AI already makes, so it adds no traffic of its own.
Tips on Home#
Now and then, when one of these products fits what GBM AI sees on this PC, Genie's card on Home shows a tip. For example, a folder of phone photos synced to this PC brings a tip about BigMind Home. A tip never shows while a backup or restore runs, or while a job needs attention, and it always comes after Genie's other suggestions.
A tip has two buttons: Learn more opens the product's page, and No more tips like this turns tips off. The same switch is in Settings ▸ General ▸ Tips about other Genie9 products. See Genie's suggestions on Home.
Hiding it#
With a purchased Home, Pro or Server licence, Settings ▸ General ▸ Show More from Genie9 turns it off: the card leaves the rail and its tips leave Home. On Free and during the trial it stays on.
Not in every build#
A version of GBM AI made for one of Genie9's partners can leave this page out.
