This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the permitted and prohibited uses of the Nygma.ai service ("Service") operated by Genie9 LTD ("Genie9", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 08669198.
This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). All capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service and EULA.
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY. VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE.
1. Purpose

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with this Policy, even though we cannot monitor your Content.

- • Contains child sexual abuse material or any Content that exploits or harms minors
- • Contains non-consensual intimate images or videos
- • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
- • Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
You may not use the Service to:
- • Store, upload, or share Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
- • Share pirated software, movies, music, books, or other copyrighted materials
- • Distribute Content that you do not have the right to distribute
2.4 Privacy Violations
You may not use the Service to:
- • Store, upload, or share personal information of others without their consent
- • Engage in doxxing or harassment through disclosure of private information
- • Violate privacy laws or regulations
- • Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
2.5 Spam and Abuse
You may not use the Service to:
- • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- • Engage in phishing or social engineering attacks
- • Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious software
- • Engage in any form of harassment, stalking, or intimidation
2.6 Fraudulent Activities
You may not use the Service to:

- • Facilitate or promote Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or other fraudulent investment opportunities
- • Engage in any activity intended to defraud others
3. Technical Restrictions

- • Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to access the Service without express permission
- • Overload or attempt to disrupt the Service infrastructure

While we cannot access encrypted Content due to our zero-knowledge architecture:
- • You acknowledge that we may receive reports about Content violations
- • We may investigate reported violations to the extent technically possible
- • We may take action based on credible reports of Policy violations
5.3 Shared Content
When sharing Content through the Service:
- • Ensure shared Content complies with this Policy
- • Consider the appropriateness of Content for intended recipients
- • Use sharing features responsibly and not for prohibited purposes
- • Respect others' privacy and intellectual property rights
6. Commercial Use Restrictions

Commercial use of the Service is permitted, but you may not:

- • Some traditional content moderation techniques are not possible
- • Users bear greater responsibility for ensuring compliance

Effective Policy enforcement may require:

11. Updates to This Policy
