About plans and billing.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. Sign in with your email and you have 4 GB and one drive, for as long as you like.
How do I get the extra free storage?
Invite friends from the web app. When a friend joins and uploads their first file, you both get 500 MB more — up to 12 friends, so up to 10 GB in total.
Is there a monthly Light plan?
No, Light is yearly only. Personal, Professional and Power can be paid monthly or yearly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Plan & billing in the web app; the new space, drives and file size apply straight away.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
What is Advanced protection?
A second password for a drive that opens a separate everyday drive instead, for the moment someone forces you to unlock it. It comes with Professional and Power.
