White-label in Sentinel is not a logo swap. Every surface a customer touches carries your identity, and the platform underneath stays invisible. The end result across all four surfaces: zero "BigMind" visible to the end user.

Dashboard themes

Product name, logo, primary color, sidebar accent, brand fonts, and About-dialog content are per-organization configuration. Re-skinning is a configuration change over a CSS-variable token layer, not a fork.

Agent binaries per partner

The on-site agent is built per partner with your bundled logo, colors, product name, and about text. The software your customer installs on their own network carries your brand from the installer onward.

Emails templated per partner

Every notification, alert digest, and report is sent from your branded template — your header logo, your footer, and your sender domain. No "sent by BigMind" anywhere.

Custom domain + TLS per customer

Each customer can run on their own domain with an automatically provisioned TLS certificate. SAML and OIDC redirects respect the custom origin, so single sign-on stays on-brand too.

A self-contained Docker Compose stack delivered to each customer inside their own network, with an offline HMAC-signed license and a five-step browser setup wizard.

Air-gapped

For sovereign deployments: zero internet connectivity required, image-bundle install via secure media, fully offline license validation.

Identity bridge connectors

An open connector framework — partners and in-country engineers add new connectors for the registries and reference systems relevant to their market, where lawfully authorized, by configuration. No core patch required.

Sentinel ships in 12 languages with first-class Arabic right-to-left support. Partners add new locales by configuration, meeting customers in their language out of the box.
