AI answers
Every answer, traceable to your own pages.
Each reply is built from passages retrieved out of your content, and the instructions sitting closest to the model keep it there.
- Assembled from your pages and documents
- Figures quoted exactly, and checked against their source page
- A contradiction is shown to you, not silently resolved
Click to enlargeIt has no general knowledge of your business.
The assistant knows the passages retrieved for this particular question, and a set of instructions appended after anything you or an administrator wrote — so no persona, tone or custom prompt can talk it out of them.
- What it can say is bounded by what the scan read and what you uploaded.
- If the answer is not in there, it says it does not know.
- Every stage of the pipeline falls back to the simpler one behind it, so a visitor is never left with nothing at all.
Three rules that keep an answer yours.
Each one is enforced in the instructions that sit closest to the model, on every answer it gives.
It quotes your figures exactly
If your content states a monthly price, that is what a visitor is told: the number you published, never one derived from it.
It checks where a figure came from
Before quoting a number it confirms which page it appeared on, so a price from one product does not get attached to another product that happened to be retrieved alongside it.
It shows you a contradiction
Given two documents that disagree, it says so, prints both figures with the document each came from, and suggests confirming with your team.
How an answer is built
Four stages between the question and the reply.
- 1Understand the question
- The question is turned into a form that can be matched against your content by meaning, not just by keyword.
- 2Retrieve widely
- A wide pool of candidate passages is gathered two ways at once — by meaning and by exact wording — then fused into one ranked list.
- 3Reorder and select
- The pool is reordered by how well each passage actually answers this question, and a budget decides how far down that list to read.
- 4Answer, grounded
- Each chosen passage is widened with the text surrounding it on its own page, and the rules above are applied last so nothing can override them.
Ask in one language, about content written in another.
Answers come back in the language the question was asked in, even when your content is in English. The widget interface ships in twelve languages — the same twelve as the dashboard — with Arabic genuinely mirrored right-to-left.
- Answer quality has been checked across six languages asked against English content: Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Chinese and Portuguese.
- No site whose own content is in another language has been measured yet — so that is a checked behaviour, not a guarantee for your Arabic-language site.
- Languages that do not put spaces between words retrieve less reliably, because exact-wording matching has less to grip.

Coverage is the lever.
How much of your site it has read decides how much it can answer. To widen that, give it more to read.
Your plan sets how many pages a scan indexes, and the setup screen shows you exactly what it reached. Raise the page allowance, or upload the documents that fill the gaps, and the range of questions it can answer grows with it.
The widget in the corner of this page reads genie9.com. Ask it something only this site would know, and judge the grounding for yourself.

That is the test worth running, and the free plan is enough to run it. No card, no expiry.
