Give the assistant a name and your logo
By default the widget header shows your site name and the assistant’s replies carry a generic icon. Both are yours to set, and the “AI assistant” label stays whatever you choose.

Turn on alerts, the daily summary and a webhook

Ask visitors for their email at the right moment
Asking too early loses the conversation; asking too late loses the lead. The widget can ask at a point you choose, and your team can ask by hand.
