Dashboard
Every question your visitors asked, in one place.
The most useful thing about running an assistant is finding out what people keep asking. The dashboard is built around reading that, and stepping in when an answer is not enough.
- The whole conversation, exactly as the visitor saw it
- Reply into a live thread — the visitor sees it at once — or pause the assistant
- Conversations, visitors and messages counted over the range you choose
Click to enlargeRead the thread, then answer it yourself.
Open any conversation and you get the full exchange, the AI’s labels for it, and a box to type into. Your reply goes into the same thread the visitor was reading.
- Filter by status, tag or segment, and search the conversations you have.
- Your reply reaches the visitor within seconds, captioned with your name and avatar; their next message reaches you the same way.
- Pause the assistant on one conversation so it stops replying while you deal with it, and hand it back when you are done.
- Ask the visitor for an email address from inside the thread when you need to follow up.
- The list refreshes as conversations arrive and change, for everyone who has it open.

Read what they asked
Every conversation, twenty at a time, with search and filters by status, tag and segment. Open one and you see the whole thread exactly as the visitor did.
Take it over
Type into a live thread and the visitor sees it at once, with your name and face above it. The assistant pauses on that conversation until you hand it back.
Ask it to sort them
Press Analyze and it labels a conversation with a segment, an intent, an urgency and a sentiment — one of eight segments. Nothing is labelled automatically; you decide which conversations are worth the pass.
Take the list with you
Owners and admins export the conversation list as CSV on any plan, free included: one row per conversation of metadata, never the message text.
Counted from your own conversations.
Conversations, unique visitors, messages and average response time over the range you choose, plotted day by day. Every figure is counted from your own conversations rather than sampled, which is what makes it useful for sizing a plan.
- Pick a range from the last 24 hours through the last 90 days.
- Activity over time for conversations, messages and visitors.
- Status breakdown and real peak hours, drawn from your own conversations.

General settings — including the assistant’s name and logo, and how your team appears to visitors — email templates, email and lead capture, notifications, and advanced options such as business hours and the widget language. Appearance has its own screen with a live preview beside it.
- An email when a conversation starts, a daily summary, and on Business and Enterprise signed webhooks for four events.
- Choose when the assistant asks a visitor for their email, or tell it never to.
- Regenerate your widget key whenever you want; the old one stops working.
- Optional two-factor sign-in, on top of a login that has no password to steal in the first place.
