Give the assistant a name and your logo
By default the widget header shows your site name and the assistant’s replies carry a generic icon. Both are yours to set, and the “AI assistant” label stays whatever you choose.

Open Settings → General
Scroll to The assistant’s persona.

Type a name
It replaces the site name in the widget header. Leave it blank to keep the site name.

Pick an avatar, or upload your logo
Choose an illustrated style — robots, shapes, icons, rings, identicons — or upload your logo or a mascot. Not a photo of a person: the assistant is always labelled as an AI assistant.

Decide what visitors see of your team
In Your team in the chat, on the same tab, choose whether teammates’ names and avatars show on their replies, and set the team label — one word, like Support. Then Save.
- Each teammate sets their own display name and photo or illustrated avatar on Account → Profile. Owners and admins can set a member’s from the pencil on the Team page.
