Disaster recovery for partners

Resell real recovery. Not just cloud backup.

BigMind Resilience images the whole machine block-level and gives every customer five ways back — from an instant file pull to a full USB bare-metal restore. Cross-hardware restore, boot verification and the Recovery Shield are all included. You resell it white-labelled, at wholesale, and keep the margin.

What you resell

Block-level imaging, not a folder of files.

BigMind Resilience captures the entire disk block-level — OS, apps, settings and data — so a customer can recover a single file or rebuild the whole machine from the same backup. That is the story that separates you from generic cloud-storage resellers.

Whole-machine images

Block-level snapshots of the full disk, captured incrementally — the basis for every recovery path below.

Cross-hardware restore

Bare-metal restore to different hardware with driver injection handled for you, so a dead laptop comes back on whatever box is available.

Boot verification

Images are boot-tested so you know a restore will actually start — included on paid plans, periodic on DR-Only.

The five recovery paths

Five ways back — fastest to slowest, with honest times.

Every customer gets the whole ladder. These are the real-world recovery times your sales team can quote with confidence — no inflated promises.

Browse Files — instant

Mount any image read-only and pull individual files straight from the cloud. No compute to spin up — the fastest path when a customer just lost a file, not a machine.

Always-Ready warm standby — ~5 min

A pre-built warm image kept ready in the cloud, so a failover boots in about five minutes. Priced as a per-device add-on by disk size ($8–$65/mo) — not a flat fee.

Instant Recovery & Cloud Desktop — ~30–60 min cold

One-click panic button assembles a full cloud PC from the backup chunks and boots it over RDP. Warm Always-Ready trims this to ~5 min; cold assembly is ~30–60 min (larger images longer).

USB bare-metal — ~2–3 hrs

A bootable WinPE / SystemRescue USB restores a dead machine offline with a written-down recovery code — no second device needed. Bare-metal restore to new hardware in roughly two to three hours.

The warm ~5-minute failover depends on an Always-Ready image having been built for that device; without it, recovery degrades to the cold ~30–60-minute Cloud Desktop assembly. Always-Ready is a per-device add-on, not a flat fee.

The panic button

One-click cloud recovery your customer can actually run.

Instant Recovery is a single panic button that picks the best verified image, assembles a full cloud PC and boots it over RDP. With a warm Always-Ready image it comes up in about five minutes; from a cold start it assembles in roughly 30–60 minutes (larger images take longer). Everything routes through one branded screen — no console diving.

The Recovery Shield

One branded screen orchestrates every escape hatch.

The Recovery Shield is the single surface your customers land on — defensive posture (Ransomware Canary, backup health, retention) on one side, the five recovery paths fastest-first on the other. Cloud paths show locked with upgrade prompts on lower plans, which becomes your built-in upsell surface as the customer's needs grow.

Why MSPs win with DR

A real recovery story closes the deal.

Sell resilience, not storage

Block-level imaging and a five-path recovery ladder are a different conversation than "we back up your files" — and a higher-value one.

No infrastructure to run

We run the cloud, the image build and the cross-hardware restore engine. You provision from a branded portal and keep the margin.

Quotable, honest SLAs

Instant file browse, ~5-minute warm failover, ~30–60-minute cold cloud boot, ~2–3-hour USB rebuild — times your team can promise and meet.
