The Custom Plans builder is the headline differentiator. Start from one base plan — DR-Only, Standard or Pro — then stack add-ons from the catalog: storage tiers, database backup, servers and AI Lens Medical. Each plan you build becomes a real, partner-owned product on your storefront, priced at the retail you choose.

One base, plus the add-ons your market actually needs.
A custom plan is exactly one base plan and any number of compatible add-ons. The base sets the core feature set; add-ons layer on storage, database backup, servers and the AI Lens Medical view. You name it, write the feature bullets and set the retail price.
Base: DR-Only
Block-level disaster recovery + Ransomware Canary. The lean base — note database backup, deep freeze and AI Lens Medical can not be added on top of it.
Base: Standard
Cloud file backup, AI Lens (faces / OCR / labels) and Workspaces. The flexible middle base — every add-on is compatible.
Base: Pro
All VSS writers, WORM immutability and AI Lens Medical (DICOM). The full base — servers are the only add-on not offered on top.
The legacy “basic” base is not available in the builder. Pick one of the three above.
The add-on menu — wholesale set explicitly at every tier.
Add-ons are priced per tier in real dollars, not by a flat discount — and they discount a little less than base plans to protect your margin. Per-seat add-ons (storage, database, AI Lens) multiply by your seat count; account-level add-ons (servers) are billed once per account. Some add-ons are gated by base plan.

Compose any combination of these onto a compatible base plan. List (retail) wholesale is shown; your per-tier wholesale drops as you move up commitment tiers.
Hot Storage 1TB
Per seat. Fast-access capacity for active data. List $15 / seat — drops to $6 at the top tier (~60% off, not 70%).
Hot Storage 500GB
Per seat. A smaller hot-storage step. List $7.50 / seat. (Legacy fixed sizes; the live builder uses a per-GB hot tier.)
Cold Storage 1TB
Per seat. Lower-cost tier for infrequently accessed data. List $8 / seat.
Cold Storage Expedite
Per GB. Faster retrieval from cold storage when you need it. List $0.03 / GB.
Deep Freeze 1TB
Per seat. Deep-archival tier for long-term retention. List $5 / seat. Not available on a DR-Only base.
MSSQL Backup
Per database. Application-aware Microsoft SQL Server backup. List $10 / DB. Not on a DR-Only base.
MySQL Backup
Per database. Application-aware MySQL backup. List $5 / DB. Not on a DR-Only base.
Server Backup
Per server, billed at the account level. List $5 / server. Available on DR-Only and Standard bases (not Pro).
AI Lens Medical
Per seat. DICOM viewer + patient-organised views for clinics and imaging centers. List $15 / seat. Not on a DR-Only base.
Every plan you build is a real product on your storefront.
A custom plan is not a label trick — it is a partner-owned plan stored in your pricing config, complete with its own name, feature bullets and retail price. Pick which of your plans are visible to customers; the rest stay as drafts you can publish later. Custom Plans and Repackage are mutually exclusive modes — switching archives the other (restorable, never deleted).

Caps that keep your storefront clean.
The builder enforces a few hard limits in a serializable transaction, so your catalog stays tight and your storefront stays focused.
Up to 20 plans per partner
Build a deep library of plans for different segments — capped at 20 per partner account.
Up to 4 visible on the storefront
Keep the buying decision simple: a maximum of four custom plans show to customers at once. The rest stay as drafts.
8 feature bullets, 100 characters each
Each plan lists up to eight benefit bullets (≤100 chars) and a display name up to 80 characters.
Add-on quantities are bounded
Per-seat / per-unit counts run 0–999; GB-unit add-ons run 0–50,000. Wholesale recomputes live on every read.
How it works
Build a custom plan in four steps.
Pick a base
Choose DR-Only, Standard or Pro as the foundation. (The legacy "basic" base is not creatable.)
Stack add-ons
Add compatible storage tiers, database backup, servers or AI Lens Medical, with the quantities you want.
Name & price it
Give the plan a display name and up to eight feature bullets, then set the retail price customers pay.
Publish & sell
Mark up to four plans visible on your storefront; provision customers and draw down credits at your wholesale cost.
You buy at wholesale. You set the retail. You keep the margin.
The builder shows your live wholesale total — base per-seat plus each per-seat add-on, times seats, plus account-level add-ons — recomputed on every read. You set the retail price on top; higher commitment tiers lower your wholesale, so the same plan earns more margin as you grow.
