Your monthly commitment sets your wholesale rate on every plan. Explorer ($0) is pay-as-you-go — you can sell from day one at 10% off list, with no commitment. Each step up the ladder lowers what you pay us per user.

Explorer — $0/mo

Pay as you go, no commitment — sell from day one at 10% off list (Standard $9, Pro $21.60).

Starter → Business

$300, $800 and $1,500/mo. Standard drops from $10 list to $7, $6, then $5 per user.

Scale & Enterprise

$4,000 and $8,000/mo reach the lowest wholesale — Standard $4 then $3, Pro $9.60 then $7.20.

These are the three base plans you resell — DR-Only, Standard and Pro — with the exact wholesale you pay at each tier. There is no hidden formula: these are explicit prices, not a percentage off retail. Set any retail price above your wholesale and the spread is your margin.

How you pay

Credits, not invoices.

1 credit = $1

You top up credits via Stripe checkout (minimum $50, up to $5,000 per checkout — contact support above that) and provisioning draws them down at your wholesale cost. You start with a $200 welcome gift — credits at signup with a 30-day window; any paid purchase locks the gift in for 12 months.

12-month credit validity

Live today: purchased credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and are consumed oldest-first, with 30- and 7-day expiry warning emails so nothing lapses unnoticed.

Coming soon

Two conveniences are planned but not live yet: a grace window before suspension, and automatic monthly credit allocation from your commitment.

Today, credits come from Stripe top-ups; a customer is suspended immediately if your balance can't cover its wholesale cost — so keep a buffer.
