How the partner program works
Commit, brand, price, sell.
The BigMind Resilience channel is a simple loop: pick a monthly commitment tier, get a wholesale rate on every plan, white-label the product, set your retail prices and sell. Credits are the currency — you top them up and they draw down at your wholesale cost as you provision customers.
Six tiers. Higher commitment, lower wholesale.
Your tier is a monthly commitment that sets your wholesale rate on every plan. Explorer ($0) is pay-as-you-go — you can sell from day one at 10% off list, with no commitment, funded purely by credit top-ups. Committing to Starter ($300) and up deepens your wholesale. Each step also raises your custom-domain allowance.
| Tier | Monthly commit | Can sell? | Custom domains |
|---|---|---|---|
| Explorerpay as you go · 10% off | $0 | Yes | 0 |
| Starter | $300 | Yes | 1 |
| Growth | $800 | Yes | 1 |
| Business | $1,500 | Yes | 2 |
| Scale | $4,000 | Yes | 3 |
| Enterprise | $8,000 | Yes | 100 |
Wholesale prices are stored explicitly per tier per plan — not a percentage off retail. See the exact dollars on the pricing page.
Your tier sets an explicit wholesale rate. You set retail.
Each tier carries a fixed wholesale dollar amount on every plan — not a percentage off, an actual price. Standard drops from $10 retail to $6 at Growth and $3 at the top tier; Pro from $24 to $7.20. You decide the retail price your customers pay, and the spread is your margin. Higher commitment means lower wholesale; storage add-ons discount a little less to protect margin.

Retail $10 → $6 at Growth → $3 at the top tier. These are explicit prices, not a formula.
How you pay
Credits are the channel currency.
You don't get an invoice per customer — you hold a credit balance, and provisioning draws it down at your wholesale cost. One credit equals one US dollar.
1 credit = $1
Credits are the currency of the channel. When you provision or renew a customer seat, the wholesale cost is deducted from your balance.
$200 welcome gift
Every self-serve signup begins with a $200 welcome gift — credits at signup with a 30-day window; make any paid purchase inside that window and the gift locks in for 12 months, but if you do not purchase by day 30 the unspent gift credits are removed and provisioned customers pause until you top up.
12-month credit validity
Live today: purchased credits are valid 12 months from purchase and are consumed oldest-first, with 30- and 7-day expiry warning emails.
Top up via Stripe
When you need more, top up through Stripe checkout — minimum $50, up to $5,000 per checkout (contact support above that). Top up any time from the portal.
You get a low-balance warning (with a cooldown so you are never spammed) as credits run down. Today, a customer is suspended immediately if your balance can't cover its wholesale cost — so keep a buffer.

Two credit features you may see referenced in the portal are planned but not live yet. We'd rather tell you up front: a grace window before a low balance suspends customers, and automatic monthly credit allocation tied to your commitment are both on the roadmap — not in effect today. (12-month credit validity, once a roadmap item, is now live.)

Where your wholesale comes from
One clear order of precedence.
When the portal computes the wholesale price you pay on any seat, it resolves it in a fixed order — the first match wins. This keeps pricing predictable whether you're an independent partner or operating under a distributor.
1 · Admin override
A negotiated, account-specific price set by the Genie9 channel team takes priority over everything else.
2 · Distributor template
If you operate under a distributor, their pricing template is applied ahead of your own tier.
3 · Your tier price
Otherwise you pay the explicit wholesale dollar stored for your commitment tier — Starter through Enterprise.
4 · Explorer pay-as-you-go price (10% off list)
With no tier configured, the Explorer pay-as-you-go price — 10% off list — is the fallback, so a partner on Explorer can sell from day one.
The advisory discount percentage you may see on a tier is never used in this calculation — prices are always read as explicit dollars.
