A separate layer above the partner program.
Genie9 sits at the top. Direct partners report straight to Genie9. A distributor is a new tier in between — it recruits its own partners, sets their wholesale and funds their credits. It is not a partner who upgraded: there is no shared identity between the two, and a distributor never resells to end-customers directly.

Each runs its own branded storefront and sells BigMind Resilience to end-customers — funded by you.
Direct partners (signed up self-serve) are unaffected — the distributor layer only governs the partners a distributor creates.

There is no application form or self-serve signup for distributors. The Genie9 team creates your distributor account directly, then sets two things before you can operate: your branding company name, and your own cost pricing from Genie9. Sign-in is passwordless — a magic link plus a six-digit code, with optional 2FA — and your account is re-checked as active on every request.

Set each partner's wholesale with pricing templates.
A pricing template carries an explicit per-product wholesale — DR-Only, Standard, Pro, storage, database, server, Workspaces and AI Lens Medical. Build up to 20 templates and mark one as default; assign one to each partner. The assigned template overrides the partner's tier price, so the template is exactly what that partner pays you.

Assigned per partner
The template you assign overrides the partner’s tier price, so it resolves ahead of everything as that partner’s cost.
Two-layer credit billing — manual or open mode.
Every partner you create runs on credits. In manual mode you allocate a credit balance to each partner and they draw it down. In open mode, when a partner runs short at billing time their wholesale is deducted from your distributor balance instead — so service never drops. Either way, daily billing also deducts your own Genie9 cost from your balance; the gap between your template price and your Genie9 cost is your margin. Every movement is logged.

Manual mode: you pre-allocate partner credits. Open mode: a short partner draws from your balance instead. All credit movements are logged.
Your brand, downstream
Your branding flows onto the partner portal.
Partners you create see your distributor identity, not Genie9's, and their billing experience points back to you.

Partners under you have pricing & billing nav hidden and replaced with a page that routes billing questions to you, not to Genie9.
The hidden billing nav is presentation in the partner sidebar — the partners you fund manage their seats and customers as usual; you own the money side.
A dashboard, partner management and reports — built in.
The distributor portal aggregates your whole network: partner count, active partners, total end-customers, template count, credits used this month and recent transactions. Create partners with a template, credit mode and starting credits; open each one for info, a read-only customer view and credit history. Export financial and partner reports as CSV or JSON. You see partners' email, company, plan, seats, storage and status — never their files or backup data.
