The model

A white-label reseller channel for BigMind Resilience.

You resell our three Resilience plans under your own brand — logo, colors, custom domain, branded agent and emails — and sell to your own customers. You join on a monthly-commitment tier that sets your wholesale prices, choose how you want to price, and provision customers whose seats draw down credits at your wholesale cost.

The commitment ladder

Six tiers. Explicit wholesale at every level.

Explorer is free and pay-as-you-go — you can sell from day one at 10% off list with no monthly commitment. Starter through Enterprise let you resell, with lower per-seat wholesale and more custom domains as your commitment rises. The headline discount percentage on each tier is cosmetic: your actual wholesale is an explicit dollar amount stored per tier per product (storage add-ons discount a little less than the plans, to protect margin). Standard wholesale falls $10 → $6 at Growth → $3 at Enterprise. You set the retail price.

Two ways to price

Repackage our plans, or build your own.

The partner portal lets you price in one of two mutually-exclusive modes, and switch whenever you like — switching archives the other mode's config rather than deleting it.

Repackage (recommended)

Take our three base plans — DR-Only, Standard, Pro — give them your own display names and retail prices, and go live in minutes. A fixed set of three, no cap.

Custom Plans

Compose your own plans from one base (DR-Only / Standard / Pro) plus an add-on menu. Up to 20 plans per partner, with 4 shown on your storefront.

Your brand, end to end

White-label the dashboard, storefront, agent and emails.

Apply your logo (light and dark), favicon and primary / secondary / accent colors to a full themed dashboard and your branded /p/ storefront, replace the company name everywhere, and send branded transactional emails from up to 11 overridable templates (with an optional DKIM sender domain). A per-partner backup agent is built for you via CI. Reports export as unbranded CSV, Excel or JSON. The 'Powered by BigMind' badge is tier-derived — it lifts automatically as you move up tiers, rather than being a manual toggle.

How credits work

One balance, drawn down by provisioning.

Your monthly commitment funds a credit balance. When you provision a customer, the seats and add-ons deduct credits at your tier's explicit wholesale cost — that is your cost of goods. You set retail prices on top and keep the margin. A few credit conveniences are on the roadmap.

Spend at wholesale

Each seat and add-on draws down credits at the explicit per-tier wholesale dollar — never a percentage formula.

Watch your balance

The portal shows credit usage, customer health, revenue and billing in real time, with CSV / Excel / JSON export.

12-month credit validity

Purchased credits are valid for 12 months, used oldest-first, with expiry warnings. Coming soon: a grace window before suspension and automatic monthly credit allocation from your commitment.

Above partners

The distributor layer — invite-only.

Distributors are a separate, invite-only layer that sits above partners: a wholesale middleman that recruits and creates partners, sets their wholesale via pricing templates, and funds them with credits. Partners under a distributor see the distributor's branding and route billing through them. A distributor is its own entity — not a partner who leveled up — and joining is by invitation only, through our channel team, never the self-serve signup.
