When a lens is created, AI Lens Medical reads DICOM tags (and optionally folder structure) to build a patient → visit hierarchy automatically. Each patient becomes a chart with file, image and document counts; clinicians can tag patients, pin notes to a specific X-ray, and re-organise files between visits by hand. It is auto-extracted structure plus human curation — the clinical chart your prospect already wishes their storage had.
